Chief Judge Patricia Harris

Chief Judge Harris has served on the District Court of Appeals since 2010. She was elevated to Chief Judge in 2020. Prior to her appointment, she served as a federal prosecutor and practiced commercial litigation for 15 years.

Chief Judge Harris is known for her expertise in constitutional law and administrative procedure. She holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Howard University.
