Judge Margaret O'Connor

Judge O'Connor specializes in civil litigation and has served on the court since 2012. Before her appointment, she was a partner at a leading law firm where she handled complex commercial disputes and class action lawsuits.

She holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. from Georgetown University.
