Court Launches New Electronic Filing System

The District Court of Appeals is pleased to announce the launch of its new electronic filing (e-filing) system. Effective April 1, 2026, all civil and criminal filings may be submitted electronically through the court's secure online portal.

The new system will reduce processing times, eliminate paper waste, and provide attorneys and litigants with 24/7 access to file documents.

Training sessions will be held throughout March for attorneys and court staff.
