Court Fee Schedule 2026

The following fee schedule is effective January 1, 2026. All fees are payable by check, money order, or credit card at the Clerk's Office.

Filing Fees

• Civil Complaint: $350
• Criminal Appeal: $500
• Family Law Petition: $300
• Motion Filing: $75
• Certified Copy: $25 per document
